The world’s first collective of drag kings and queens with Down syndrome took over London’s Riverside Terrace at Southbank Centre July 12. The dazzling line-up included Horrora Shebang, Justin Bond, Lady Francesca, Frozitta Hongkong, George the Lord and special guests from the London drag scene. The packed venue rocked with enthusiasm. Drag syndrome promotes creativity and inclusiveness. “They bloody love us,” says their website. The troupe performs in the U.K. and internationally. Drag Syndrome is a production of Culture Device.
